A strange little side quest
The next time Super Smash Ride asks for one more try, remember that game ideas rarely appear from nowhere. Formula 1 introduced pit-lane speed limits during the 1994 season as safety concerns grew around increasingly fast cars and busier pit lanes. It also connects to a different milestone: Computer Space reached arcades in 1971 and became one of the earliest commercial electronic arcade games, even though its controls proved demanding for many players. The screen is modern; the urge to test skill, pattern and timing definitely is not.

Watch out for the walls that opens and closes! Look out too for road traps that can destroy the car in an instant. Try to beat other cars by making sure that you reach the finish line first! Gather enough points and set your own Y8 high scores! You can buy better cars that can give you advantage in the next levels. Reach Y8 achievements as you smash props and complete the levels. Will you be able to buy all the cars? Be the legendary one!
