A strange little side quest
Taurus has plenty of company in a long tradition of players chasing timing, patterns and better decisions. During much of the 19th century in the United States, visibly painted cosmetics became socially unacceptable even though beauty practices never disappeared. And then there is this: Space Invaders, released in 1978, helped push video games into mainstream popular culture. That is the kind of background detail that makes another attempt at Taurus feel a bit more connected to the history of play.
