A strange little side quest
Put Sorority Panty Raid next to the history of video-game history and a few unexpected connections appear. Spacewar! appeared on MIT's PDP-1 in 1962 and became one of the earliest influential computer games shared among programmers. A second detail makes the picture even better: Street Fighter II, released in 1991, turned head-to-head arcade fighting into a worldwide phenomenon and helped define the modern fighting-game genre.
