The next time Porter asks for one more try, remember that game ideas rarely appear from nowhere. The name Tetris combines a reference to four-square pieces with Pajitnov's interest in tennis. That old idea kept changing rather than disappearing. Women competed in Olympic archery as early as 1904, making it one of the early Olympic sports to include women.
