A strange little side quest

Nancy Johnson patented a hand-cranked ice-cream freezer in 1843 that used an inner churning chamber surrounded by ice. And the history keeps stacking up: M.U.L.E. arrived in 1983 with multiplayer competition built around gathering resources and keeping a colony alive, an early example of resource-driven strategy play. The screen is modern; the urge to test skill, pattern and timing definitely is not.

What you are getting into
