A strange little side quest
Zoom out from Idle Cult Clicker for a moment and the timeline gets surprisingly deep. Our solar system formed about 4.6 billion years ago from a cloud of gas and dust collapsing under gravity. The timeline takes another interesting turn: Street Fighter II, released in 1991, turned head-to-head arcade fighting into a worldwide phenomenon and helped define the modern fighting-game genre. That long chain of experiments is part of why space still feels fresh when a game finds the right twist.
