A strange little side quest
Ellie All Around the Fashion may feel immediate, but the ideas around fashion and style have been evolving for a very long time. During much of the 19th century in the United States, visibly painted cosmetics became socially unacceptable even though beauty practices never disappeared. It also connects to a different milestone: Computer Space reached arcades in 1971 and became one of the earliest commercial electronic arcade games, even though its controls proved demanding for many players.
