A little context makes Crusher Block more fun to place on the gaming map. The first crossword puzzle book appeared in 1924 in a cautious initial printing of 3,600 copies, complete with a free pencil. And then there is this: The Oregon Trail mixed travel, supplies, risk and survival decisions decades before resource-management systems became common in mainstream games.
