A strange little side quest
Arm Wrestling has plenty of company in a long tradition of players chasing timing, patterns and better decisions. Boxing was part of the ancient Olympic Games by 688 BC, long before gloves, weight classes, or timed rounds existed in anything like their modern form. It also connects to a different milestone: A major archery competition held at Finsbury in England in 1583 drew about 3,000 participants. That gives Arm Wrestling a little more company than it first appears to have.
