One reason prehistoric life keeps producing good game ideas around Sun Safety with Dorothy is that its history is full of strange turns. Paleontologists can learn about ancient animals from much more than complete skeletons: fossilized plants, insects, tracks and other remains all add pieces to the story. And the history keeps stacking up: Reader Rabbit's 1986 arrival was part of a major expansion of educational computer software before the CD-ROM boom of the 1990s.
