A strange little side quest
Sprunki Parodybox belongs to a much longer story of play than a browser tab might suggest. Computer Space reached arcades in 1971 and became one of the earliest commercial electronic arcade games, even though its controls proved demanding for many players. And then there is this: Atari's Gran Trak 10 from 1974 is recognized as the first arcade racing video game. That is the kind of background detail that makes another attempt at Sprunki Parodybox feel a bit more connected to the history of play.
