A strange little side quest
One reason archery keeps producing good game ideas around Skywing Rush is that its history is full of strange turns. Women competed in Olympic archery as early as 1904, making it one of the early Olympic sports to include women. Another piece of context lands nicely beside it: Pac-Man went on sale in 1980, and its creator Toru Iwatani famously linked the character's shape to a pizza with a slice missing. That history is one reason familiar mechanics can still feel new when they are recombined well.
