Before the next round of Serve The Dora, here is a piece of the bigger picture. Tomatoes helped turn Naples' flatbreads into the food we recognize as pizza, which had become an important food for poorer Neapolitans by the 18th century. That is only half the story. Reader Rabbit's 1986 arrival was part of a major expansion of educational computer software before the CD-ROM boom of the 1990s. That gives Serve The Dora a little more company than it first appears to have.
