A strange little side quest
Before the next round of Office Hidden Objects, here is a piece of the bigger picture. Archery first appeared at the Olympic Games in 1900 and returned permanently to the programme in 1972 after a long absence. There is another connection worth keeping in the same mental pocket: In 1958, Tennis for Two used an analog computer and an oscilloscope to turn simple physics into a playable tennis-like demonstration. That is the kind of background detail that makes another attempt at Office Hidden Objects feel a bit more connected to the history of play.
