A strange little side quest
A small trivia drop for Office Animals: Spacewar! appeared on MIT's PDP-1 in 1962 and became one of the earliest influential computer games shared among programmers. Another piece of context lands nicely beside it: Pong was field-tested in California bars in 1972 and helped launch the modern arcade-game era. That is the kind of background detail that makes another attempt at Office Animals feel a bit more connected to the history of play.
