A strange little side quest

Between one round of Masked Shooters Multiplayer Edition and the next, this is worth knowing: Space Invaders arrived in 1978 and helped turn electronic games from an arcade curiosity into mainstream entertainment. A second detail makes the picture even better: Atari's Gran Trak 10 from 1974 is recognized as the first arcade racing video game. The screen is modern; the urge to test skill, pattern and timing definitely is not.
