A strange little side quest
The rules may be simple on screen, but the backstory around Let's Kill Jeff the Killer: The Asylum is anything but tiny. Gun Fight reached arcades in 1975 and became the first arcade video game to use a microprocessor. There is another connection worth keeping in the same mental pocket: Street Fighter II, released in 1991, turned head-to-head arcade fighting into a worldwide phenomenon and helped define the modern fighting-game genre. Grombi files that under: small game, surprisingly large backstory.
