A strange little side quest
The next time Hyper Holomayhem asks for one more try, remember that game ideas rarely appear from nowhere. Gun Fight reached arcades in 1975 and became the first arcade video game to use a microprocessor. The same trail leads to another fact: By 1987, fantasy role-playing had become a major computer-game direction, with Zelda, licensed Dungeons & Dragons games and other story-led adventures expanding the form. The screen is modern; the urge to test skill, pattern and timing definitely is not.
