A strange little side quest

The rules may be simple on screen, but the backstory around Gravity Ball WebGL is anything but tiny. Women competed in Olympic archery as early as 1904, making it one of the early Olympic sports to include women. And then there is this: Pac-Man went on sale in 1980, and its creator Toru Iwatani famously linked the character's shape to a pizza with a slice missing. The screen is modern; the urge to test skill, pattern and timing definitely is not.
