The Oregon Trail eventually appeared across generations of computer hardware and sold tens of millions of copies, making it one of the most enduring educational games. And the history keeps stacking up: The name Tetris combines a reference to four-square pieces with Pajitnov's interest in tennis. That gives Flag Quiz a little more company than it first appears to have.
