A strange little side quest
Farm Puzzle 3D belongs to a much longer story of play than a browser tab might suggest. Alexey Pajitnov created Tetris in 1984 after drawing inspiration from pentomino puzzles, then simplified the idea around shapes made from four squares. The surprising part is how quickly the next milestone followed. In 1958, Tennis for Two used an analog computer and an oscilloscope to turn simple physics into a playable tennis-like demonstration. Not bad for a few facts hiding behind a Play button.
