A strange little side quest
Brian: The Hero has plenty of company in a long tradition of players chasing timing, patterns and better decisions. Alexey Pajitnov created Tetris in 1984 after drawing inspiration from pentomino puzzles, then simplified the idea around shapes made from four squares. Another piece of context lands nicely beside it: Early computer role-playing games helped turn rules, inventories, exploration and character progression into systems that could support long-form digital adventures. So a round of Brian: The Hero is not just a quick distraction; it is a tiny stop on a much longer puzzles timeline.
