A strange little side quest

Ayami belongs to a much longer story of play than a browser tab might suggest. During much of the 19th century in the United States, visibly painted cosmetics became socially unacceptable even though beauty practices never disappeared. The same trail leads to another fact: Midway's Gun Fight from 1975 was the first arcade video game to use a microprocessor. The details change, but the appeal of learning a system and trying again is remarkably persistent.
