A strange little side quest
Teen Titans Go! Training Tower belongs to a much longer story of play than a browser tab might suggest. Boxing was part of the ancient Olympic Games by 688 BC, long before gloves, weight classes, or timed rounds existed in anything like their modern form. The broader history adds one more wrinkle. Computer Space reached arcades in 1971 and became one of the earliest commercial electronic arcade games, even though its controls proved demanding for many players. The screen is modern; the urge to test skill, pattern and timing definitely is not.
