A strange little side quest
Oggy Moshi has plenty of company in a long tradition of players chasing timing, patterns and better decisions. In 1958, Tennis for Two used an analog computer and an oscilloscope to turn simple physics into a playable tennis-like demonstration. And then there is this: Pong was field-tested in California bars in 1972 and helped launch the modern arcade-game era. That long chain of experiments is part of why video-game history still feels fresh when a game finds the right twist.
