A strange little side quest
Put Mr. Bean's Car Differences next to the history of racing and a few unexpected connections appear. Formula 1 introduced pit-lane speed limits during the 1994 season as safety concerns grew around increasingly fast cars and busier pit lanes. That old idea kept changing rather than disappearing. The Oregon Trail eventually appeared across generations of computer hardware and sold tens of millions of copies, making it one of the most enduring educational games. The screen is modern; the urge to test skill, pattern and timing definitely is not.
