Lego Jurassic World: Legend of Isla Nublar may feel immediate, but the ideas around prehistoric life have been evolving for a very long time. Fossils preserve evidence of life and environments across millions of years, letting scientists reconstruct both vanished animals and the worlds they lived in. Another piece of context lands nicely beside it: Formula 1 introduced pit-lane speed limits during the 1994 season as safety concerns grew around increasingly fast cars and busier pit lanes.
