A strange little side quest

The fun part of looking behind Jewels of Arabia is seeing how many older ideas are still alive in modern play. The name Tetris combines a reference to four-square pieces with Pajitnov's interest in tennis. Another piece of context lands nicely beside it: Space Invaders, released in 1978, helped push video games into mainstream popular culture. Not bad for a few facts hiding behind a Play button.
