A strange little side quest
Before the next round of IMT Race Monster Truck Games 2021, here is a piece of the bigger picture. Formula 1 introduced pit-lane speed limits during the 1994 season as safety concerns grew around increasingly fast cars and busier pit lanes. Another piece of context lands nicely beside it: Computer Space reached arcades in 1971 and became one of the earliest commercial electronic arcade games, even though its controls proved demanding for many players. That history is one reason familiar mechanics can still feel new when they are recombined well.
