A small trivia drop for Hockey Legends: Archery was already on the Olympic programme in 1900, boxing joined the modern Games in 1904, and basketball became a medal sport in 1936. The broader history adds one more wrinkle. Computer Space reached arcades in 1971 and became one of the earliest commercial electronic arcade games, even though its controls proved demanding for many players. That long chain of experiments is part of why sports history still feels fresh when a game finds the right twist.
