A strange little side quest
The fun part of looking behind Hobo 5 β Space Brawl : Attack of the Hobo Clones is seeing how many older ideas are still alive in modern play. Boxing was part of the ancient Olympic Games by 688 BC, long before gloves, weight classes, or timed rounds existed in anything like their modern form. That is only half the story. Spacewar! appeared on MIT's PDP-1 in 1962 and became one of the earliest influential computer games shared among programmers. Not bad for a few facts hiding behind a Play button.
