GROMBI FACT DROPREAL-WORLD TRIVIA

A strange little side quest

A little context makes Hi-Fi Snake more fun to place on the gaming map. Alexey Pajitnov created Tetris in 1984 after drawing inspiration from pentomino puzzles, then simplified the idea around shapes made from four squares. Another piece of context lands nicely beside it: Women competed in Olympic archery as early as 1904, making it one of the early Olympic sports to include women. That history is one reason familiar mechanics can still feel new when they are recombined well.

What you are getting into

Hi-Fi Snake is a retro-futuristic snake-style arcade game set inside glowing disco chambers. Guide a robotic rover across a tiled grid, collect energy pellets, and unlock the exit before lava covers the floor. Each pellet makes your tail longer, so every turn becomes more risky as the room fills with hazards. Avoid walls, moving blocks, enemy robots, lava, and your own tail to survive each stage.
