A strange little side quest
Zoom out from Haunted House Ghost Hidden for a moment and the timeline gets surprisingly deep. Archery first appeared at the Olympic Games in 1900 and returned permanently to the programme in 1972 after a long absence. That old idea kept changing rather than disappearing. Computer Space reached arcades in 1971 and became one of the earliest commercial electronic arcade games, even though its controls proved demanding for many players. That long chain of experiments is part of why archery still feels fresh when a game finds the right twist.
