A strange little side quest
Before the next round of Fluid Paint, here is a piece of the bigger picture. In 1958, Tennis for Two used an analog computer and an oscilloscope to turn simple physics into a playable tennis-like demonstration. The broader history adds one more wrinkle. Computer Space reached arcades in 1971 and became one of the earliest commercial electronic arcade games, even though its controls proved demanding for many players. Not bad for a few facts hiding behind a Play button.
