A strange little side quest
Feed Grandma & Grandpa may feel immediate, but the ideas around food history have been evolving for a very long time. Tomatoes helped turn Naples' flatbreads into the food we recognize as pizza, which had become an important food for poorer Neapolitans by the 18th century. The same trail leads to another fact: In 1958, Tennis for Two used an analog computer and an oscilloscope to turn simple physics into a playable tennis-like demonstration.
