Draw and Guess Online has plenty of company in a long tradition of players chasing timing, patterns and better decisions. Atari's Gran Trak 10 from 1974 is recognized as the first arcade racing video game, decades before modern 3D racers. A second detail makes the picture even better: The first crossword puzzle book appeared in 1924 in a cautious initial printing of 3,600 copies, complete with a free pencil.
