A strange little side quest
One reason action games keeps producing good game ideas around Disc Pool 1 Player is that its history is full of strange turns. Gun Fight reached arcades in 1975 and became the first arcade video game to use a microprocessor. The timeline takes another interesting turn: Archery was already on the Olympic programme in 1900, boxing joined the modern Games in 1904, and basketball became a medal sport in 1936. Not bad for a few facts hiding behind a Play button.
