A strange little side quest
Devil Duck has plenty of company in a long tradition of players chasing timing, patterns and better decisions. Archery first appeared at the Olympic Games in 1900 and returned permanently to the programme in 1972 after a long absence. There is another connection worth keeping in the same mental pocket: Midway's Gun Fight from 1975 was the first arcade video game to use a microprocessor. That gives Devil Duck a little more company than it first appears to have.
