The Moon orbits Earth at an average distance of about 385,000 kilometres, and surface gravity there is roughly one-sixth as strong as Earth's. And then there is this: By the 1890s, department stores and mail-order catalogs were selling mass-produced ready-to-wear clothes in standardized styles and price ranges. It is a good reminder that simple game mechanics can carry a surprising amount of history.
