A strange little side quest
One reason fashion and style keeps producing good game ideas around Cute Baby Doctor is that its history is full of strange turns. During much of the 19th century in the United States, visibly painted cosmetics became socially unacceptable even though beauty practices never disappeared. The same trail leads to another fact: Pac-Man went on sale in 1980, and its creator Toru Iwatani famously linked the character's shape to a pizza with a slice missing.
