A strange little side quest
Zoom out from Cricket Fielder Challenge for a moment and the timeline gets surprisingly deep. Archery was already on the Olympic programme in 1900, boxing joined the modern Games in 1904, and basketball became a medal sport in 1936. It also connects to a different milestone: Computer Space reached arcades in 1971 and became one of the earliest commercial electronic arcade games, even though its controls proved demanding for many players. Not bad for a few facts hiding behind a Play button.
