A strange little side quest

Here is a rabbit hole for the next loading screen in Blue Room: The first crossword puzzle book appeared in 1924 in a cautious initial printing of 3,600 copies, complete with a free pencil. Another piece of context lands nicely beside it: Atari's Gran Trak 10 from 1974 is recognized as the first arcade racing video game. That long chain of experiments is part of why puzzles still feels fresh when a game finds the right twist.
