A strange little side quest
Bloody Rage has plenty of company in a long tradition of players chasing timing, patterns and better decisions. Boxing was part of the ancient Olympic Games by 688 BC, long before gloves, weight classes, or timed rounds existed in anything like their modern form. The same trail leads to another fact: Pong was field-tested in California bars in 1972 and helped launch the modern arcade-game era. That long chain of experiments is part of why combat sports still feels fresh when a game finds the right twist.
